MTC Help: Inspections Application
Inspections List Page


To view all Inspections, click on Inspections from the tab drop down menu or the blue horizontal menu bar from within the Inspections Application.

Any Inspections that have been created will be listed here. The list will show (1) the Inspection name, Asset or Assets it is associated with, Designee or Designees assigned to the Inspection Tasks, the Frequency, and the date the Inspection was Created. By clicking on the grey arrow (2) at the top of a column in the list, you can sort by that field.

Clicking the three dots (3) to the left of the Inspection name will allow you to quickly edit, delete, duplicate, preview, or add a new schedule for the Inspection. Clicking preview will allow you to see the entire Inspection as it will appear in the Mobile Task Manager.
 
Using the Search box (4) on the left side of the page, and the Filters below it, will allow you to narrow down the Inspection List.

(5) Create Inspection button will let you create a new Inspection. Calendar View takes you to the full inspection calendar. Bulk Update lets you select multiple inspections to be deleted. Scroll to the bottom of the list once you've selected them to find the option to delete.

(6) The Unassigned button will allow you to view all Inspections that do not yet have assigned designees. The Review Expired & Past Due Inspections will remove completed and future Inspections. The Show All button will undo all filters and search terms and display the full list once again.

(7) Your filter options are by Inspection Dates, Assets, Designees, and Frequency. Select one or more filters, then click the green refresh icon to update the list.
